System Monitoring
Monitor available performance, availability, log, and alert indicators according to the monitoring tools and service scope.

Managed Technology Services
We monitor applications and platforms, address issues, and manage maintenance and updates under an agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, and response times.
01After launch
Systems need ongoing attention for issues, updates, and performance, with clear ownership for every action. These responsibilities may be shared between your team, the hosting provider, and the system developers.
We review the current setup and define what we manage, how requests are received and tracked, and when an issue requires coordination with another party.
02What we manage
We define the systems and tasks covered according to your needs. The agreement may include:
Monitor available performance, availability, log, and alert indicators according to the monitoring tools and service scope.
Receive, classify, and track reported issues, resolving covered problems or coordinating them with the responsible party.
Apply agreed updates and fixes, reviewing their impact and testing them before deployment.
Organize releases and changes, documenting what was deployed and the rollback steps when needed.
Analyze recurring observations and recommend actions to reduce repetition, identifying work that requires an additional scope.
Update the covered operational documentation and procedures, and clarify responsibilities, communication, and escalation paths.
03Service delivery
We begin by reviewing the system, then agree on the operating model and monitoring indicators.
We review the systems, environment, documentation, permissions, and existing issues, then identify the requirements for starting the service.
We define the covered tasks, support channels, service hours, issue priorities, and response times.
We track requests and indicators, and carry out maintenance and updates according to the agreed procedures.
We review reported issues, completed work, and observations, then agree on improvement priorities with your team.
Service scope
The service agreement defines the covered systems, tasks, permissions, communication channels, working hours, and response times. It also sets out how development requests and out-of-scope work are handled.
Response time indicates when work on a reported issue begins. Resolution time depends on the nature of the issue and the agreed service level.04Discuss your needs
Tell us which systems you use, the issues you currently face, and the level of follow-up you need. We’ll review the appropriate service scope with you.
