Who is responsible for the data
Integrated Arab Services for Information Technology and Training operates the Qutell website and is responsible for data received through it. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
Data you provide
Contact, consultation, and proposal forms collect the information you enter. This may include your name, contact details, organization, job title, country, city, project details, budget, timing, systems, and technical requirements. The website forms do not currently provide direct file upload.
If you email the careers team, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your CV, area of interest, and message.
Usage data
After you choose to allow analytics, the website collects limited information about visits and interactions, such as the page, general events, referral source, device type, and an approximate country supplied by the network provider. The website uses a random browser identifier and does not send form-field content to the analytics system.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may process technical data according to tag settings, your consent choice, and Google’s policies.
Proposal draft
The proposal form saves its draft in local browser storage on the same device. Qutell’s server does not receive the draft before submission. The current draft is removed from local storage after a successful submission; you can remove it earlier by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
How we use data
- Responding to enquiries and identifying the appropriate next step.
- Reviewing project needs and preparing the requested consultation or proposal.
- Following up on employment applications sent by candidates.
- Operating and protecting the website and diagnosing faults.
- Understanding page use and improving content and experience when analytics are allowed.
Service providers and recipients
Submitted requests are delivered to the Qutell team through the website’s mail system. Operational providers may process data as needed to provide hosting, email, analytics, or network protection. We do not describe this as “no sharing,” and we do not use form submissions to sell marketing lists.
Retention, security, and transfers
We retain data as needed to follow up on requests and relevant operational or legal obligations. The period varies by request and agreement, so this page does not state an unapproved universal retention period. We use access controls and technical and operational measures to protect data, without claiming that any transmission or storage method is entirely risk-free.
Operational or analytics services may process data outside the visitor’s country, depending on the service and the safeguards and agreements that apply to it.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances of processing, you may be able to request information about your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of analytics consent. Email [email protected] with enough information to help us verify and locate the relevant data. We may request information needed to verify identity before completing a request.
Updates and contact
We update this policy when the forms, analytics tools, or practices described here change. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
