Plan before migration and deployment
We review the system requirements, test the environment, and agree on migration steps and follow-up responsibilities.
When migrating an existing system, we define the backup needs, rollback plan, and any expected downtime. A zero-downtime migration is only considered when it is supported by the approved project plan.

Clear costs and responsibilities
The proposal defines the setup or migration scope, cloud service and licensing costs where applicable, and who manages accounts and access permissions. It also defines the support and follow-up included after go-live.
